Condolences

Condolence From: Bernie Herpst
Condolence: I didn’t know Ann at all. I drove over 2 hours to the service because the people I love and care about, said she was a very special lady in their lives. I have never been to any occasion where the people were obviously so genuine and loving. I’m only Kathys Step father in law, but I soon felt like family. To know that Ann was the matriarch to so much love and caring is a great testament to her and her family. I hope to see them all again sometime and God Bless. PS. It was good to hear someone got one up on kathy in her early years.

Condolence From: Roy Carlo
Condolence: Ann grew up in Astoria with my mother's family and her family next door since the 1940's. She was there for everyone's wedding, when all of us were born and as we lost our parents, aunts and uncles one by one. To me, she was a 5th aunt and I always enjoyed seeing her since age 0. Always a smile on her face. When you thought of Ann, it was always Ann and Rocky. They were inseparable for more than 50 years. I believe they are together once again and will be for all eternity. I will miss her. - Roy Carlo
