Obituary for Sandra Hrvatin-Spatola
Our dearest Sandra was born on July 9, 1975. She was a kind hearted soul and a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and cousin. Her heart was as big as they come, and she brought love and comfort to those around her.
Sandra was a rock for so many people in her life. She was loved by her students at Francis Lewis High School whom she guided through the toughest periods of their lives. But most importantly, she was an amazing mother to her two beautiful daughters, Alessandra and Isabella, whom she adored with all her heart.
Sandra always offered her love, support, and empathy to those who needed it. She stayed strong for her children, husband, and family for four years battling an ugly disease. She was a fighter and never gave up on the ones she loved, even in her last moments.
Sandra is survived by her young daughters Isabella and Alessandra, husband Francesco, mother Maria, father Lino, brothers Doriano and Walter, and many other loving family and friends. She touched so many lives and brought a positive light into this world that will be missed dearly.
Sandra will be honored in a funeral mass scheduled for 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday May 11 at Sacred Heart Church (83-17 78th Ave, Queens, NY 11385) followed by an interment ceremony scheduled for around 12:00 P.M. at St. John Cemetery (80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village, NY 11379).
